At Super Greens, we want you to feel as good as you look in our sustainable apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all eco-friendly tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided at the end of the request process.
Package Your Items
Place the items back in their original compostable packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
